The training usually lasts two days and gives enough time to really get to grips with a topic and obtain new qualifications. In addition to basic training courses such as “Presentation” and “Moderation”, I am also happy about specially offered training courses such as “Design Thinking” and “Structured Problem Solving”, which help me to apply my knowledge efficiently with the customer and to use a new perspective.
