„We aren‘t just streamlined.“

First of all, I noticed people‘s openness here. The company was presented to me as it is right in the first conversation, with it’s highlights and of course also all the quirky things that happen here. We aren‘t a glossy consulting agency. I think that‘s a typical character of the consultants here: not being pretentious, but down-to-earth, open and taking responsibility for their mistakes. What distinguishes people here is their enthusiasm. They simply like their field, their company and, most of all, they want to make a difference with their colleagues. Career aspirations and title orientation are rather secondary in comparison. In everyday project life, I find the partnership with customers particularly striking. A client once told me, “you guys at mgm are fighting hard for your ideas. But if I do not follow your advice, you will stand by me and pull it off with me.“ I think that sums it up pretty well. Clear communication style, loyalty, being, able to orientate oneself towards the project goal and keep one‘ s own image in the background – these are important soft skills in everyday consulting work.
